Lights on for Tybee Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting Celebration
NIGHTTIME PARADE! HOLIDAY LIGHTS! MUSIC! SHOPPING! DINING!
Get ready to light up Tybee Island! This year Tybee will host a night time Christmas parade along with the annual Christmas tree lighting.
The parade steps off at 6:30pm at the corner of Butler Avenue and 8th Street and follows an illuminated trail from Butler to Tybrisa, ending at the beachfront pier and roundabout where Mayor elect Shirley Sessions will light the 18-foot Christmas tree.
Following the lighting ceremony, enjoy Christmas caroling, dancing, a snowfall selfie station, refreshments served by local businesses and awards for the best decorated homes and businesses on Tybee.
Time: 6:30pm
